Crossland is seeking college construction graduates for an entry-level salaried position as a Field Engineer. The primary goal is to gain knowledge on how projects are built and managed by Crossland field personnel. The position is generally held for 1-3 years while being trained.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and criminal background check
