Requirements
- Oversees construction projects from start to finish
- Develops a Master Project Schedule and Master Variance
- Manages all contracts, pay requests, change orders, RFI's, ASI's
- Ensures quality standards of the plans and specifications of the project
- Ability to pass a drug screen, physical, and criminal background check
