Crossmedia is seeking a Product Analyst to join their team and contribute to the development of XMOS, a unified operating system that connects how teams plan, buy, report, and optimize media across every client. The Product Analyst will be responsible for understanding how people actually work across the agency and translating those workflows into clear, actionable product requirements that shape what the platform becomes. The role requires 2-3 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a similar role, as well as strong product requirements writing, data literacy, and comfort working within agile product development workflows. Preferred candidates will have experience in media, advertising, or marketing technology, as well as exposure to product analytics tools and data platforms.
