Counselor - Outpatient (Adult and Youth)

Crossroads Health is seeking an empathic and passionate Counselor to provide individual and family therapy to clients in the Mentor, Lake County office. The Counselor will offer diagnostic assessment and counseling within the office setting, and engage as a member of a collaborative team with a Trauma Informed approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work preferred
• LSW, LPC, MFT required
• LISW, LPCC or IMFT preferred
• Two (2) years of experience in the mental health field (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work on a team in a fast-paced, high stress environment
• Excellent crisis management/de-escalation skills
