Director of Development

Crossroads Health is seeking a Director of Development to advance the mission and long-term sustainability of the organization. The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight and hands-on leadership for fundraising, grant development, and donor engagement efforts, while supervising marketing and communications functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum five years of senior leadership in a nonprofit organization
• Demonstrated history of successful advancement, foundation relations, and donor cultivation and solicitation of major gifts
• CFRE or ACFRE certification preferred
• Valid Drivers License with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen
