RN - Integrated Care

The Integrated Care Registered Nurse (RN) provides support to prescribers, delegates tasks to medical assistants, and provides integrated primary care and behavioral health nursing services to patients. The RN will engage with a collaborative integrated care team, act as a Charge Nurse as needed, and work within a Trauma Informed approach to provide evidence-based treatment to patients and families.

Requirements

• Associates degree in nursing required
• Licensed in the State of Ohio with an RN
• 1 year experience required in primary and psychiatric care
• Working with patients who have mental health conditions
