School Based-Access Specialist

The Access Specialist is responsible for responding to and screening incoming referrals, data entry, and coordinating consent and access to care for school-aged patients and their families across various settings. This licensed mental health provider will engage as a member of a collaborative team, providing trauma-informed services, accurate documentation, and crisis intervention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work
• LPC/LSW/MFT required
• Experience performing Diagnostic Assessments in a mental health setting (preferred)
• Experience in crisis intervention, triage, and knowledge of community resources (preferred)
• Experience working in or with Educational settings (preferred)
