Requirements
- 10+ years of senior executive leadership experience
- Experience leading large teams and multi-site operations
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Experience in nonprofit, YMCA, healthcare, education, community services, or mission-driven organizations
- Proven success leading organizational growth and change
