Job Description
The Wellness Director is responsible for leading department operations and initiatives that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of related experience.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in related or equivalent field or certificate
- Certified CPR/First Aid/AED
- Minimum 2 years related experience
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Organized and detail oriented
- Adept computer skills in Office 365
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekend, and holidays
- Ability to respond to safety and emergency situations
