Job Description
Teach group exercise classes to YMCA members, creating a positive and inclusive environment. Requires certifications, excellent communication skills, and ability to relate to diverse groups. No experience required, training provided.
Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- Certifications required within 30 days of hire: CPR/AED & First Aid and New Employee Orientation
- Complete Foundations of Group Exercise within 30 days of hire
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to relate and communicate effectively to diverse groups of people
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
- Passion for learning, working with youth/families, and sports in general
