Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our Leader on Duty team at the YMCA. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, monitoring, and providing direction in emergency and conflict situations, promoting a safe, friendly, and fun culture within the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Previous management experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to relate and communicate effectively to diverse groups of people
- CPR/AED/First Aid/Oxygen certification within 30 days of hire
