Lifeguard I

As a Lifeguard at the YMCA, you will learn life saving skills, build relationships, and gain confidence around water in a fun and safe learning environment. You will also have the opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

Requirements

• Current nationally recognized lifeguard certification
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Minimum of 16 years of age
• Minimum of 18 years of age and high school degree preferred
