Job Description
As a Wellness Coordinator at the Whiting Family YMCA, you will support program operation, development, and growth, while providing excellent service to members and staff. You will lead an environment that is inviting and serves all, and model relationship building in all interactions.
Requirements
- Supports department to establish new program activities and expansion within the community
- Assists in recruiting, hiring, training, and development of team members
- Conducts team member feedback, corrective actions, and evaluations
- Schedules and processes payroll functions
- Provides fitness and equipment demonstrations and explanations for members and guests
- Supports campaign efforts and donor engagement in the community and team members
