CrowdStrike is seeking a Lead Renewal Sales Operations Analyst to join their Worldwide Sales and Renewal Sales Operations Organization. The role is responsible for scaling the renewals business globally, driving execution through cross-functional partnerships, and analyzing big data and processes to ensure data integrity, completeness, and accuracy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales and operations, revenue, or FP&A business analyst roles
- Experience with Annual Recurring Revenue & SaaS business model
- Experience reporting ARR metrics such as renewal rate, churn and net retention
- Possess keen business insight with the ability to handle, analyze and track recurring revenue data
- Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and reporting as well as knowledge of data management and analytics solutions such as Tableau and SQL. Proficient in Excel
