As a Sales Development Manager, you will lead a team of Enterprise Sales Development Representatives in Japan, building and scaling top-of-funnel pipelines and driving outbound strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of closing experience for a technology company
- Minimum of 2 years front line sales management
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like DOMO
- Track record of leading a successful team
- Experience hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment
- Understands the cybersecurity landscape
- Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate
- Project management experience is a plus
