As a Regional Sales Director for the Benelux region, you will provide leadership and management oversight to Regional Sales Managers within the Benelux to drive sales strategy and goal attainment.
Requirements
- Proven experience with, knowledge of, and network within the Benelux market, notably within the tech industry
- Experience in a first line sales leader role and having worked in a people leadership position is required
- Passionate relationship building and executive level negotiating skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with functional peers across functions including Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services Customer Support, and Product Development
- Experience as a successful Regional Sales Director with a track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in the Benelux region
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
- An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace is advantageous
- Demonstrated experience working with Sales organizations and technical teams
- A demonstrated ability to manage professional level employees
- Ability to foster a positive work environment and attitude
