Job Description
CrowdStrike is seeking a Renewals Account Manager to partner with assigned Corporate Account Managers, Channel Partners, and Customers to retain and expand customer revenue. The successful candidate will produce and present compelling customer proposals, ensuring that contracts are renewed on-time and quoted accurately.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, Account Management, or Customer Success
- Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Cybersecurity preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant experience.
