Job Description
North County Cadillac is seeking a Receptionist to manage the front desk and perform administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting customers, and maintaining accurate information in applicant tracking system.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing.
- Ability to interact with customers with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy.
- Knowledge of appropriate telephone etiquette.
- Ability to listen and answer customer questions on the phone and in person.
- Ability to properly document customer concerns.
- Ability to work with and quickly resolve customer complaints.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Computer knowledge required.
