Service Advisor

North County Ford is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team in supporting customers and staff while representing the Ford brand. The Service Advisor will work directly with customers on their vehicle repair needs and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Ford experience preferred, but not required
• Skill and ability to apply and perform basic accounting functions and mathematic operations
• Skill and ability to use personal computers and related software applications
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
• Ability to communicate ideas and instructions clearly and concisely
• Ability to maintain composure and a positive attitude under pressure
