The Sr Business Analyst, Processes & Systems will guide supported business stakeholders through IT enhancements and robotic process automation, and lead complex systems projects to achieve desired business results. The role involves collaboration with IT, user acceptance testing, and facilitating post-roll-out support for end users. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in analysis, development, and implementation of strategy and business processes, and expertise with business operations and management tools and frameworks.
Requirements
- Guide supported business stakeholders through all aspects of the end-to-end process for IT Enhancements and Robotic Process Automation
- Develop the business case, perform discovery, and document user stories and requirements
- Collaborate with IT for grooming, sprint/release planning, and throughout development
- Identify end users for testing and assist with user acceptance testing as needed
- Provide roll-out support including coordination of training and communications
- Facilitate post roll-out support of end users
