Applications Security Architect

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking an Applications Security Architect to define and enforce security standards for web, mobile, cloud, and Application Programming Interface (API)-based applications. This role involves integrating security testing tools, defining secure coding standards, conducting threat modeling, and ensuring compliance with regulations like GDPR and PCI-DSS. The ideal candidate will have experience in application security and a strong understanding of secure development practices.

Requirements

• Define security architecture standards and blueprints for web, mobile, cloud, and API-based applications.
• Review design documents and perform architecture risk assessments for new and existing applications.
• Integrate automated security testing/scanning tools (SAST, SCA).
• Define and enforce secure coding standards and practices.
• Conduct threat modeling and attack surface reviews.
• Track and communicate technical risk to product managers, developers, and leadership.
• Develop and maintain application security policies and frameworks.
• Ensure application security practices align with regulations.
