Job Description
As an Electrical Engineer - Battery Cell & Battery Management Systems at Crown Equipment Corporation, you will be responsible for cell selection, testing, modeling, and BMS algorithm development, working with strong technical judgment and independence, contributing cross-functionally and potentially guiding engineers or technicians.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of battery systems experience
- Strong knowledge of lithium-ion cells, testing, and BMS fundamentals
- Experience with requirements, test plans, and technical specifications
- Proficiency in data analysis and technical communication
- Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink or similar tools
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Valid driver’s license and passport
