Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month Maternity Leave Contract. This dynamic role will support our growing workforce by delivering end-to-end recruitment while providing hands-on HR coordination across the full employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in HR and/or recruitment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of employment legislation and modern awards
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- HR qualification (desirable)
