Job Description
Manufacturing Engineer I - Assembly supports current process technology and implements improvements to department/plant operations based upon manufacturing engineering analysis. Supports project justification, implementation of processes, and contributes to product introduction process.
Requirements
- 8-15 years related experience
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business < 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday
- Good communication skills amongst shop floor, support staff, and plant leadership
- Ability to lead and execute small teams and projects
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to train others
