Senior Quality Engineer

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to analyze processes, develop quality standards, and monitor quality trends. The ideal candidate will have a four-year college degree and 8-15 years of experience, or 12+ years of related experience with a high school diploma or GED. The role involves minimal travel and occasional overnight stays.

Requirements

• Analyze processes to identify improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, safety, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and maintain quality standards, metrics, testing, and data collection systems.
• Monitor quality trends and lead defect reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure quality compliance during product development, supplier integration, and manufacturing processes.
• Investigate production issues, warranty concerns, and failures; implement corrective and preventive actions and solutions.
• Support supplier audits, nonconformance reviews, training, reporting, and continuous development of quality systems and personnel.
