Job Description
The Bi-Lingual English/Spanish HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources Manager in the day-to-day administration of HR operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience working with ADP or similar HRIS/payroll system
- Ability to work mid shift to support plant operations
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
