Job Description
The Mechanic III is a senior-level role responsible for the advanced repair, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance of complex industrial laundry systems and facility equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Advanced mechanical, electrical, pneumatic (especially conveyor belts), and automation systems knowledge
- Proficient in CMMS for logging work orders, scheduling preventive maintenance, and tracking asset performance
- Skilled in high- and low-voltage electrical systems
- Capable of performing basic welding tasks
- Working knowledge of root cause analysis, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Lean maintenance methodologies
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
