Job Description
Designs, fabricates, and repairs dental prosthesis/dental appliances using designated software technology.
Requirements
- Designs, fabricates, and repairs dental prosthesis/dental appliances
- Reads and understands prescriptions included with case
- Assists with utilizing designated system and software to scan impressions
- Determines suitability of customer impressions
- Selects appropriate manufacturing settings for each product
- Follows quality standard protocols
- Tests software and hardware; validates or calibrates system or equipment as needed
- Assists in various tasks relating to the scan and design process
- Documents actions by completing forms, logs and reports
