Job Description
Manage a small country program office in Kinshasa, DR Congo-Kinshasa, and act as a representative and ambassador of Catholic Relief Services (CRS). Identify funding opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure high-quality programming.
Requirements
- Develop strategic partnerships with national and international organizations in the DRC landscape
- Effectively manage workforce planning, team development, and staff well-being
- Maintain a healthy and empowering office environment
- Ensure that all projects meet and exceed donor expectations
- Ensure operations compliance in alignment with donor expectations and guidelines
- Cultivate effective donor relationships
- Promote accountability, learning, and knowledge management
- Manage and mitigate risk through monitoring national and regional issues
- Develop a strong leadership team
- Champion safeguarding amongst CRS and partner staff
