Job Description
The Emergency Coordinator will manage and provide technical oversight of the development and implementation of the Country Programās emergency response and early recovery programming in Tawila, Sudan. The role requires a high degree of agility, rapid decision-making, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-changing and high-pressure emergency contexts.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in emergency response and early recovery programming
- Strong leadership and coordination abilities
- Experience in managing teams and supervising staff
- Knowledge of emergency programming, including food security, water, health, and nutrition
- Familiarity with humanitarian coordination and response
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and representation skills
