The Manager II, Board Engagement & Giving, is responsible for advancing CRSâs philanthropic strategy through the engagement of Foundation and Governing Board Directors, managing a portfolio of high-capacity donors, and supporting the design and implementation of board member stewardship and engagement.
Requirements
- Manage the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies for a portfolio of select major donors
- Develop and implement tailored engagement strategies for high worth individuals
- Partner with Leadership Giving Relationship Managers and Senior Director Leadership Giving to coordinate donor engagement plans
- Support the development and implementation of tailored engagement and stewardship strategies for board members who are donors to CRS
- Contribute to the creation of high-impact communications and stewardship materials
- Assist in the execution of board-related components of CRSâs comprehensive fundraising campaign
- Contribute to the identification and cultivation of potential board candidates
- Support onboarding and experiential learning opportunities for new board members
- Partner with the Events Team to ensure strategic alignment and excellence in board-related event planning and execution
- Provide guidance in the planning and execution of Journey of Hope trips
