Program Manager I - Shelter & Settlements, Ukraine

You will manage and provide technical oversight of Shelter and Settlements programming in the Country Office (CO), designing and implementing projects advancing CRS' work in serving the most vulnerable and conflict-affected people in Ukraine.

Requirements

• Provide management and technical oversight throughout relevant project cycles
• Coordinate and monitor financial and material resources relevant to project needs
• Champion learning with project staff and partner teams
• Act as a key resource person in project design and proposal development
• Coordinate the identification of staff capacity and technical assistance needs of partner organizations
• Help identify, assess and strengthen partnerships relevant to Shelter and Settlements
