Job Description
The Jerusalem-based Program Quality Technical Advisor II provides program quality support in line with Catholic Relief Services (CRS) program quality principles and standards, donor guidelines, and industry best practices across the Jerusalem, Gaza, and West Bank (JWBG) Country Program (CP), to advance the delivery of high-quality programming to the conflict-affected, poor and vulnerable.
Requirements
- Effective grants management for the emergency portfolio
- High-quality CRS progress and final reports to donors
- Program quality management support to Program Managers
- Leadership in the development of the CP strategy for emergency response and recovery
- Contribution to CP efforts to pre-position CRS for growth opportunities
