Job Description
Crum & Forster is seeking a Claims Director & Coverage Counsel to handle declaratory judgment and recovery actions related to CGL/Construction Defect claims. The ideal candidate has 10+ years' experience in technical claim-handling or legal experience handling insurance coverage issues in CGL/Construction Defect matters.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in technical claim-handling role
- CGL/Construction Defect experience
- BA or Juris Doctorate required
- Proven creative problem solving abilities
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
