Senior Product Owner

Travel Insured International (TII) is hiring a Senior Product Owner to deliver high value product increments that achieve measurable business outcomes. The role is responsible for delivery excellence, backlog ownership, sprint readiness, acceptance criteria, UAT coordination, and outcome-focused prioritization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
• 6+ years of experience minimum required in Product, Business Analysis, or Systems Analysis
• Understanding of backlog management, agile delivery, program increment planning, and cross team coordination
• Successful and consistent delivery of key deliverables as a Product Owner
• Prior leadership experience desired
• Scaled Agile Framework SAFe or Scrum certifications are a plus
• Insurance industry experience is a plus
