Senior Underwriter, C&F Stop Loss

We are seeking a Senior Underwriter to join our Accident & Health division, responsible for developing and managing a large block of stop loss business and partnering with our sales team to grow the top line while ensuring a target loss ratio. The role involves underwriting, risk management, and sales strategy development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 6+ years of related work experience in underwriting, with sales component a plus
• Well-developed knowledge of Employer Stop Loss
• Strong knowledge of underwriting philosophy, techniques, state and federal filing regulations and guidelines
• Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
