MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR

Crunch is a No Judgment Gym that believes in making serious exercise fun by fusing fitness and entertainment. We're looking for a Membership Director with a burning desire to succeed, who is extremely client oriented, highly motivated, and loves developing a meaningful rapport with clients. The position offers excellent hourly pay, a competitive commission and bonus structure, and a great opportunity for upward mobility.

Requirements

• 1-year sales management experience preferred
• 3-5 years sales experience preferred
• Exceptional sales skills
• Self and team motivator
• Strong desire to succeed and grow
• Daily Training and Development of sales staff
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Strong computer skills – Excel, Word
