Job Description
Crunchafi is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead and scale our engineering organization through its next phase of growth, with a focus on AI-first product development and Microsoft Azure PaaS.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- At least 4+ years in a senior engineering leadership role
- Deep, hands-on background in C# and the.NET ecosystem
- Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise SaaS applications on Microsoft Azure PaaS
- Demonstrated track record of embedding AI into products and engineering workflows
- Strong architectural instincts across distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and microservices
- Experience building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing engineering teams in a remote-first environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexity into business outcomes
