Senior Software Engineer I

Requirements

• Great communicator and outstanding team player
• Bias towards over-communicating and asking questions
• Proficient in multiple programming languages, software development frameworks, and tools
• Expertise in system architecture and design patterns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring junior engineers and leading technical initiatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with Agile methods and associated principles
• RDBMS experience
• Ability to design and implement the right technical solution for the right problem at the right time
