Job Description
Crunchyroll is seeking a Software Engineer to help scale their anime and manga content with high-quality tests, tools, and infrastructure. This role involves developing automated tests, automating manual activities, and driving adoption of software development best practices to improve partner device reliability, specifically targeting TV, set-top boxes, and game consoles. The Engineering team is expanding rapidly to support a growing global fanbase.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of practical experience
- Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript
- Strong experience with web test automation frameworks like Appium, Selenium WebDriver and WebdriverIO
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred)
- Passion for quality and innovation
