Area Project Controls Manager (SF)

Crusoe Energy is seeking an experienced Area Project Controls Manager to provide leadership and oversight across multiple large-scale construction projects. The role operates at both the project execution level and the program/area governance level, driving accountability, consistency, and best practices across cost, schedule, risk, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in Project Controls and Construction Cost Management
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with area- or program-level accountability
• Proven leadership of program- or area-wide initiatives focused on standardization and continuous improvement
• Advanced financial and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate cost and schedule performance holistically
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and clients
• Experience leading teams and managing external vendors delivering cost and scheduling services
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, large-scale construction environments
