Crusoe is looking for a Strategic Category Manager to build, own, and execute a sourcing strategy for HR and People. The role involves managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle and leading a team of Sourcing Specialists. The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in category management or procurement, a bachelor's degree, and strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years in category management or procurement with an indirect/corporate services focus
- Proven track record of developing category strategies with measurable cost savings
- Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management (SRM) skills
- Excellent spend analysis and problem-solving abilities with exceptional stakeholder partnership skills and the ability to influence at all levels
- Hands-on experience with P2P systems (e.g., Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba)
