Job Description
Crusoe is seeking a Director of Global Physical Security to build and lead their corporate and enterprise physical security function. The successful candidate will define the global strategy, governance framework, and operating model to protect people, assets, and infrastructure across corporate offices, manufacturing sites, power generation facilities, and active construction projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in physical security and safety management
- 5+ years of experience in leadership roles overseeing global or multi-site programs
- Expertise in physical security technologies (ACS, VSS, IDS) and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53)
- Strong background in risk assessment, threat analysis, crisis management, executive protection, travel security, and business continuity
