Director, State Policy

As the Director, State Policy, you will lead the strategic development and execution of Crusoe’s legislative agenda at the state-level across Crusoe’s multi-state footprint.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or law
• Sector expertise in energy, tech, or infrastructure
• Advanced degree in Public Policy or JD
• Proven ability to simplify highly technical concepts
• Demonstrated success in passing or defeating significant legislation
• Exceptional writing and public speaking skills
• Deep understanding of state-level political dynamics
