Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4-7 years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience
• Highly process oriented and ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions
• Deep expertise in passive sourcing
• Proven ability to manage candidate pipelines with precision
