Legal Counsel, Risk & Compliance

Join Crusoe, a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company, as a Legal Counsel, Risk & Compliance to support the implementation and operation of our global compliance program. This role is integral to our growth and expansion internationally, and you will work closely with technical and commercial teams to advise on the evolving regulatory landscape of AI managed services and IaaS.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 5–10 years of legal experience with a meaningful focus on compliance.
• Solid foundational knowledge in Export Controls, FCPA/Anti-Bribery, or Technology/Commercial Compliance.
• Familiarity with legal and ethical considerations surrounding AI technologies, including bias, data provenance, and transparency.
