Requirements

• Directly manage a team of Electrical Engineers and Designers
• Lead regular 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and career development planning to foster a culture of technical rigor and innovation
• Manage the engineering queue and assign personnel to projects based on expertise and production deadlines
• Serve as the final authority on complex load calculations, project design requirements, control system designs, and Short-Circuit Current Rating (SCCR) analysis
• Establish and enforce 'The Crusoe Standard' for electrical documentation
