Senior Manager, R&D

Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company seeking a Senior Manager, R&D to lead the growth and scaling of its R&D organization. The role involves team building, people leadership, program management, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct people management experience
• 5+ years of technical program or project management experience
• Sufficient technical background to engage credibly with engineers across data center infrastructure, power systems, cooling, and compute domains
• Demonstrated experience standing up new teams, functions, or organizational capabilities from early stage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
