Job Description
Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the future of AI compute and energy. As the Senior Director of Engineering for Developer Experience, you will own and drive the strategy, execution, and culture of the team responsible for developer experience, internal tooling, platforms, and AI-powered automation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- At least 4+ years in senior engineering leadership roles
- Deep understanding of developer experience, internal platforms, tooling, CI/CD systems, and developer productivity programs at scale
- Technical depth with strong engineering fundamentals
- Strategic vision with execution discipline
- Data-driven approach with experience establishing and using developer productivity metrics
- Exceptional communication and influence skills
