Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data center commissioning, construction, or critical infrastructure delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; equivalent commissioning experience considered (CxA certification a plus).
- Deep knowledge of commissioning levels L1 through L5 and the associated documentation and testing requirements at each phase.
- Hands-on experience with data center systems including cooling infrastructure, and BMS infrastructure.
- Proven experience managing third-party commissioning agents and holding vendors accountable to scope, schedule, and quality.
- Ability to review and interpret technical documentation including construction drawings, single-line diagrams, submittals, and test procedures.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills with the ability to align construction, engineering, controls, and operations teams around commissioning objectives.
- Experience with issue tracking, risk management, and project reporting across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Solid understanding of safety and compliance requirements within active construction and commissioning environments.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required (75% travel)
